1. Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a notice, please send an email to contact@youngndtired.site including all of the following:
- Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on this website where the material is located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address. It must include your contact information, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your consent to jurisdiction in your district, and your signature.
3. Repeat Infringers
Accounts found to be repeat infringers may be deactivated or banned at our sole discretion.
4. Response Time
Valid notices are typically acted on within a reasonable time. Submitting a false claim may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
